LomaBo Telephone Answering Service Software

The LomaBo Telephone Answering Service system consists of two programs. PhoneMon runs on the PC attached to your telephone hardware. It reads the call data passed to your PC from the telephone. This data includes caller ID and forwarding ID, which enables PhoneMon to determine which one of your clients the call is for. PhoneMon displays the client info and Answer Phrase on it's display screen. It also relays the information over your local network (LAN) to the second program, called LUNA (Click on pictures for larger image).

PhoneMon LUNA

One copy of LUNA runs on each operator station. The bottom of the LUNA screen displays the call info relayed from PhoneMon. When the Operator selects a call, LUNA displays the client's account information in the top portion of the screen, and opens a message entry window in the middle of the screen. When the message has been saved, LUNA can store the message for manual delivery, or automatically route it to a FAX, e-mail address or pager.
